Dear Mr Huang,
Thanks for your query below regarding AGA WaterMark Certification for faucet.
Firstly, by way of introduction my name is Anson Du, and I am helping our Senior Engineer/Client Manager Mr Ivan Marsic to reply your email below, and please refer to my following comments for your reference:
General Certification Procedure
1. Lodge the WaterMark Application Form with AGA (Application Form QF739_3 attached);
2. AGA will develop a Test Programme for the faucet following review of the supplied technical documents by
the client;
3 The relevant testing is required to be contacted in an AGA Authorised Laboratory (refer to the attached
"WaterMark Kit" for definition);
4. Given that faucet is classified as WaterMark Level 1 Product (high risk) in Australia, an Initial Factory
Inspection Audit is required.
5. Following a satisfactory Initial Factory Inspection Audit and receipt of a satisfactory Test Report, AGA
will issue the Client with official WaterMark Certification.
Initial Fees
1. AGA Application Fee: AU$1,500;
2. AGA Initial Factory Inspection Audit Fee: ~AU$6,000;
3. Testing Fee: charged by the Testing Laboratory separately, which needs to be confirmed by the labs.
Certification Period
Generally around 2 months.
Please feel free to contact us (I could speak Chinese-Mandarin) if you have any questions regarding this email.
Have a good day!
Kind Regards
Anson (Xin) Du
