• Brochure on WaterMark level 1 (which applies in this case)
• Schedule of fees for the WaterMark (please note that our fees many not be the lowest, but include a lot of the activities needed prior to and post certification - update to products, finalisation of testing issues, changes to standards etc, which may be charged as extra by others)
• Client Agreement Form (to make a start all you need to do is complete this form and fax it to our office)

• Product testing (by an approved lab)
• Review of the compliance folder (information about the product, drawings, bill of material, marking, installation instructions, test reports etc)
• Factory audit (looking at the QA/QC processes to assurance product consistency).

If we plan the activities well, we can complete all this very efficiently (in a few weeks), and it would be good to meet and discuss this face to face.
